Challenging in-house positions: human dynamics is currently seeking to increase its Vienna based project management capacities for IFI projects in CEE and the CIS in the following areas:

 

public finance public administration

economic development

tax reform
legal reform & institution building

sme business advisory services
budget management

social policy & labour relations
cross-border cooperation

 

Requirements include:
Qualifications related to the above; a minimum of 3Ð5 years work experience in managing EC and World Bank funded projects in CEE and the CIS; excellent English verbal & written communication skills; other local languages highly desirable; resourcefulness, client orientation, strong conceptual, analytical & reporting skills; outstanding track record of successfully completed projects.

2.4 budget preparation and negotiation
2.5 lobbying

 

3. business development
3.1 programme screening (EC, IBRD, other multilateral and bilateral donors)
3.2 project identification
3.3 partner screening & identification
3.4 product development for the private sector, with emphasis on foreign investors
3.5 advising on hd market strategies

 

Other tasks:
á field missions concerning tasks 1, 2 and 3
á business missions to IFI«s and partners
á managing staff at international hd offices
