To support the Secretariat General for the European Union Affairs (EUSG) and other relevant Turkish institutions in effectively executing their pre-accession roles and functions. The support enabled the Turkish administration to take an active and effective role in the preparation of financial co-operation programmes and projects financed by the EU, as well as their technical and financial implementation within the framework of the Decentralised Implementation System (DIS). In this context, the specific objective of this assignment was to deliver two different project development and drafting training courses to two distinct target groups: (i) 150 selected staff of line ministries and public institutions (to be) appointed as working group members in charge of project fiche drafting, and (ii) 150 selected staff of Senior Programme Offices in charge of the implementation of projects and specific components within.
• Two complementary types of training: Project Fiche Development Training (PFD training) and TOR Drafting Training (TOR training). Project Fiche Development Training is aimed for the selected staff of line ministries and public institutions whilst the TOR training is aimed for the selected staff of the Senior Programme Offices in charge of the implementation of the projects and components.
