The aim of the project was to build up the skills and knowledge of the CPC experts in the field of TQM and implement quality systems in two selected Moldovan enterprises further promoting their international competitiveness. This included: a needs assessment and design of training programme for the Competitiveness and Productivity Centre (CPC), the Agency for Restructuring and Enterprise Assistance (ARIA), consultants and managers of selected enterprises (train the trainer programme). Methods, techniques and tools required to implement TQM and ISO 9000xx quality system, preparation of 2 pilot enterprises for certification to the ISO 9000 standard.
