We have great experience in designing and implementing modern Human Resource Management programs for public administrations.
Within the prospect of EU integration or closer partnership development with the EC, we have actively supported activities aiming at developing new instruments to enhance the cooperation between target countries and the EC. For example, HD has carried out activities to develop the use of the Twinning instrument in Ukraine, improve European Integration schemes in Kosovo, and developed activities of the Europa House in Uzbekistan and in Azerbaijan. Most of our activities also include a wide dimension of donor coordination to ensure the long-term sustainability and relevance of project’s outputs.
