Project Manager - Public Sector
Due to sustained expansion we invite outstanding individuals to lead our teams and work with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a sizeable portfolio of our contracts with IFI’s in emerging economies worldwide.You will influence strategies, policies, and functions of Governments by improving their performance and knowledge base.
You will manage projects, develop and win new contracts from existing and new clients, identify business partners, develop and lead staff, and manage key accounts. The successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional personal credibility, leadership, and negotiation skills;
- A minimum of 5 years experience in managing large scale technical assistance projects;
- Strong conceptual, analytical and reporting skills;
- A proven track record of successfully implemented major reform projects in the Public Sector;
- Experience with International Financial Institutions;
- Fluent in English; fluency in French or Spanish would be additional assets;
- Exceptional academic record.
