The Business Development Department deals with project identification, consortium building, and preparation of expressions of interest. We take great care in finding the best consortium partners to cooperate with, with relevant experience and knowledge of the countries where we work.
The Department furthermore deals with tender preparation. This includes proposal management: drafting of the project’s rationale and strategy, inputs and outputs, preparation of a timetable of activities and a logical framework. It also includes recruitment of experts to ensure the best candidates for each job are selected.
