Technical Assistance to Consolidate the Regional Economic Development Process in Kosovo
This project should continue the support started 2 years ago when the regional economic development process was introduced in Kosovo.
The project aims at the consolidation of the regional economic development process, specifically it aims at:
- supporting the 5 regional development agencies (north, east, west, south and centre);
- supporting the EURED grant scheme and other financial support initiatives;
- organising visibility and communication activities; and
- providing advice on consolidation and leading regional development strategies and structures in Kosovo.
Position: Key Expert 2 - Senior Expert with Extensive Local Knowledge I
Duration of the assignment: min 200 work days over 24 months
Requirements
Qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelors Degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) or 15 years of relevant professional experience
General professional experience:
- 5 years to 10 years of relevant professional experience
Specific professional experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in private or public institutions or projects addressing regional or local development issues or operating on regional or local level in Kosovo
- Specific experience gained in the implementation of institution and capacity building and/or communication projects in 2 to 3 countries covered by article 19 of IPA regulation
- Fluently speaking Albanian and Serbian language
