Teacher Training and Capacity Building of School Directors in Kosovo

The aim of this project is to strengthen and improve the quality of education in Kosovo through the development and delivery of a sustainable system of comprehensive in-service teacher training in Kosovo that operates within the framework of the new teachers licensing and credit system and which is in line with the new Kosovo curriculum framework (KCF). The project will also serve to build the capacity of local teacher training providers in Kosovo to enhance the quality of the teaching and learning system. The project will also provide capacity building and training of school directors in order to improve their management capacities at local and school level.
