Project Description:
The purpose of this project is to ensure efficient and effective operational programme management and to consolidate the systems, processes, capacities and skills for the EU funds management by the RCOP operating structure, along with future SF management and implementation structure and to further develop the institutional capacity for managing and absorbing the IPA and structural funds.
