Improving Lifelong Career Guidance and ICT Support in Croatia
The overall objective of the project is to support the development of the capacity of Croatia’s public institutions and relevant non-government partners in the field of employment.
The purposes are as follows:
- to create an improved CES ICT system based on the model of data integration and exchange with labour market stakeholders in order to facilitate better provision of service to CES clients
- to support the development of lifelong career guidance system, which services will be available to Croatian citizens, based on their needs in education and occupation selection, in accordance with EU employment policy and EU best practices.
Position: Key expert 1 - Team Leader
Duration of the assignment: at least 330 work days over 22 months
Requirements
Qualifications and skills:
- University level of education
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Computer literacy
General professional experience:
- Preferably 10 years of professional experience in the filed of Human Resource Development, but a minimum of 4 years is required
- Preferably 7 years of professional experience in managing project(s) as a Team Leader, but a minimum of 3 years is required
Specific professional experience:
- Experience in providing technical assistance to government institutions in at least 2 projects on a position of team leader or key expert
Position: Key expert 2 - ICT expert
Duration of the assignment: at least 210 work days over 22 months
Requirements
Qualifications and skills:
- University level of education in ICT or equivalent
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
General professional experience:
- Preferably 10 years of professional experience in the field of ICT, but a minimum of 4 years is required
Specific professional experience:
- Experience in designing and/or upgrading application modules
- Experience in integration of application modules
- Experience in testing the ICT system
Position: Key expert 3 - LLCG/Capacity building expert
Duration of the assignment: at least 150 work days over 22 months

- Computer literacy
General professional experience:
- Preferably 10 years of professional working experience in the field of lifelong career guidance, but a minimum of 4 years is required
- 5 years of experience in capacity building
Specific professional experience:
- Experience in development of lifelong career guidance services
- Experience in training need analysis
- Experience in preparation of training programmes
Position: Key expert 4 - LLCG/Labour market expert
Duration of the assignment: at least 140 work days over 22 months
