Fostering Social Inclusion and Inclusive Labour Market
The overall objective of the project is to improve the efficiency and quality of social services in respect to provide access and facilitate the integration of vulnerable groups in the labour market.
The purposes of this project are:
- To improve the efficiency of social services to promote the social inclusion of vulnerable groups;
- To strengthen the cooperation among key stakeholders, social services providers and employment centres.
The results to be achieved are the following:
- Capacities of professionals working in the field of social inclusion strengthened;
- Capacities of the relevant stakeholders in charge with the integration of people with disabilities in the labour market strengthened;
- Improved cooperation and coordination among stakeholders in the field of social inclusion and the requirements for the creation of a shared data base identified.
Position: Key expert 1 - Team Leader / Expert in Social Policy
Duration of the assignment: 300 work days over 20 months
Requirements
Qualifications and skills:
- A Master or University Degree in social sciences, law, sociology, economics or similar (where a University Degree has been awarded on completion of minimum three years of study in a university or equivalent institution) or equivalent
General professional experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of general professional experience in the field of social services management
Specific professional experience:
- Three years of experience in capacity building of professionals in the field of social inclusion
- Preparation and implementation of at least two projects related to training programmes for inclusion of disadvantaged groups in the labour market
- Experience as Team Leader in at least one project in the last three year
Position: Key expert 2 - Expert in Social Inclusion of People with Disability
Duration of the assignment: 260 work days over 20 months
Requirements
Qualifications and skills:
- A Master or University Degree in social sciences, law, sociology, economics or similar (where a University Degree has been awarded on completion of minimum three years of study in a university or equivalent institution) or equivalent
General professional experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of general professional experience in social inclusion of people with disabilities
Specific professional experience:
Proven track record of at least two projects in the last 5 years in at least one of the area:
- Development and implementation of programme/measures in the field of inclusion of people with disabilities in the labour market, and
- Preparation and implementation of training programmes in inclusion of people with disabilities in the labour market
Position: Key expert 3 - Expert in Database Development
Duration of the assignment: 145 work days over 20 months
Requirements
Qualifications and skills:
- A Master or University Degree in Information and Communication Technologies (where a University Degree has been awarded on completion of minimum three years of study in a university or equivalent institution) or equivalent
General professional experience:
- Proven minimum of 5 years of general professional experience in the field of analysing, development and implementation of database.
Specific professional experience:
- At least two projects in the area of drafting data base requirements specification in the social welfare sector.
