Advisory Support for Public Debt Management

The project is aimed at providing advisory support through the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine with respect to developing and implementing the medium-term public debt management strategy targeted at achieving the defined objectives for debt management including developing a liquid and active domestic market for government debt instruments. The major outcome shall be medium-term strategy for managing public debt in Ukraine.
