Human Dynamics will provide services from April until October 2009. The Programme seeks to improve the overall effectiveness of microfinance operations in ACP countries.Specifically the three main areas of intervention are the following: institutional strengthening; microfinance ratings and microfinance information systems; and efficiency and transparency.
The project objective is to develop a communications strategy, deliver communications products and assist EC and ACP staff as well as the EU/ACP Microfinance Programme in implementing a communications plan.
The project is aiming at the following specific objectives:
- Develop a communications strategy and plan for implementation;
- Deliver communications products identified in the strategy;
- Assist EC and ACP staff and the Programme coordinator in implementing communication activities.
The indicative project outputs are:
- Preparation of a communication strategy in English and a plan to implement it.
- Development of a number of communications products/activities for internal and external audiences in English and French.
