Human Dynamics is working for the Romanian National Institute of Magistracy (NIM). The EU financed project “Further support to the National Institute of Magistracy” will begin in December 2008 and last for 12 months.

The overall project objective is to build a professional judicial system through enhancing the institutional development of the NIM thereby enabling it to adequately meet the training needs of the Romanian magistrates.

The major project results to be achieved are as follows:

• Improvement of the NIM`s continuous training policy;
• Training of magistrates (including judges and prosecutors) on various topics of EU affairs and the European Convention on Human Rights;
• Strengthen and extend the network of trainers;
• Endow the NIM library with legal documentation.
