Human Dynamics has been awarded a Lot 10 framework contract (Support to Industry/Commerce/Services) providing HR consultancy services to the Togolese Cotton Company (SOTOCO).
This 5 month assignment kicked off during late October 2008 and will run until April 2009.
The project will examine the local organization SOTOCO including its human resources, information systems, the internal communication procedures as well as management practices. The project is aimed at developing a new HR policy system and practices, drafting a new organisational structure and optimising job descriptions.
The main activities are:
- Analysis of the psychological aspects of the work with regards to risk prevention;
- Job descriptions;
- Improving the internal information and communication system;
- Providing HR management tools (for appraisal and motivation) and new strategic competence based model of management;
- HR Trainings.
