Human Dynamics was founded in 1993 in Vienna, Austria upon the premise that the challenges facing public management and its clients required a new quality of consulting services. Since then the company has been providing top quality consultancy and training services to the public sector, thereby rapidly becoming a leading contractor of executing technical assistance projects in emerging markets.

With an initial focus in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Human Dynamics has since expanded its geographical remit to include the Caucasus, Central and East Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
Financed by the European Union (EU), World Bank (WB), the Austrian government as well as other International Financial Institutions, Human Dynamics manages a project portfolio of over €50 million comprising primarily projects in the fields of Economics, Institution Building and Good Governance. Human Dynamics’ permanent in-house staff comprise over 40 individuals with in-depth public sector knowledge, extensive project management and field expertise, dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for the client through the delivery of quality driven projects drawing upon international best practices and local experience.
Human Dynamics has subsidiary offices in Sofia (Bulgaria) and cooperates closely with HD Romania in Bucharest and European Consulting Group in Belgrade (Serbia).
